What happens at Night for the Fight?

 There are many different aspects of the event.  The students will listen to speakers, play games, eat, have a dance party, take part in a meaningful tribute and more.

When does registration close and what is the deadline to raise my $125 minimum fundraising requirement? 

Both at 11:59pm on January 27th, 2020

Someone wants to support my fundraising with a check-what do I do?

Checks should be made out to CancerFree KIDS and can be dropped off or mailed to the address below. Please ask donors to put the student fundraiser's name on the memo line to be credited with the donation.

Is there a cost to park?

You can be dropped off and picked up at the front of the 5/3 Arena for free –see Event Day tab on the website.
UC charges us $5 parking for the 2 designated garages—see Event Day tab on the website

What kind of food will be provided?

Donatos Pizza, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Chicken Salad Chick, Skyline Coneys, First Watch, Entenmanns, bananas, and more

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Are volunteers needed?

Yes, we need volunteers that are out of high school, see the volunteer tab on the website.

What if I need to come late or leave early?

The forms are on the Parents tab and need to be filled out by February 3, 2020

How do I get to my fundraising page?

To view a student's page, type his or her name in the "Fundraiser Search" button in the yellow banner on the top right of the page. If you are a student logging in to your fundraising page, please use the "Account Login" button located next to the fundraiser search.

How does the fundraising work?

There is a $25 registration fee to cover your t-shirt and other event costs. After registering, each student fundraises an additional $100 to advance CancerFree KIDS’ mission of funding childhood cancer research.  Consult the fundraising guide on the website for ideas to help you fundraise your $125 minimum. More fundraising = more research!

Safety measures 

All adult volunteers are background checked
2 uniformed policemen will be present during the event
Students bags are checked upon arrival
Volunteers are stationed at all entry/exit doors
